Write Your Artist Statement

An artist statement is your way of telling everyone else who you are and what your work is about in a concise yet thorough way. It’s marketing. Selling yourself as an artist can be challenging. Spend an hour with local author and creativity consultant Brittany Josie, at the Art Spot in Silverthorne and leave with your artist statement. You will create both a written version and a verbal pitch.

Advance registration is required. Each class must meet a minimum participation number. If the minimum is not met at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the class is subject to cancellation. Please call the Art Spot if you have any questions.
