Intro to Woodworking: Wall Shelf

Join us for a fun and approachable woodworking workshop where you’ll create your own custom floating shelf from start to finish. This class is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to build confidence using basic tools while making something both functional and stylish.
You’ll be guided through each step of the process, from measuring and cutting your wood to assembling and securely joining the pieces. Along the way, you’ll get hands-on experience with a variety of tools and techniques, learning tips and tricks that you can apply to future DIY projects.
Once your shelf is assembled, you’ll personalize it with your choice of stain, bringing out the natural beauty of the wood and matching it to your space and style. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a sturdy, handcrafted floating shelf ready to install at home.
All materials and tools are provided.

Advance registration is required. Each class must meet a minimum participation number. If the minimum is not met at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the class is subject to cancellation. Please call the Art Spot if you have any questions.

If you cannot attend the class and need a refund, you must notify the Art Spot by phone or email 48 hours before the class start time.
